Hydrogen of France: Information on Shares and Voting Rights
On October 7, 2025, Hydrogène de France published an update regarding its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, the number of shares comprising the capital was 14,702,454. Theoretical voting rights amounted to 26,652,733, of which 26,414,546 could actually be exercised.
This information is in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, according to which the calculation of voting rights includes all shares, including those deprived of voting rights.
