HEIDELBERG's Jetfire Systems Mark New Era in Digital Printing

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has announced the first installations of its Jetfire digital printing systems in Switzerland and Germany. Swiss company Gremper AG will integrate the Jetfire 50 into its hybrid production setup, enhancing its capacity for high-quality and personalized print runs. The company's decision was influenced by HEIDELBERG's Prinect software, which allows seamless workflow integration and uses sustainable water-based inks.

In Germany, Meinders & Elstermann GmbH & Co. KG will operate a Jetfire 50 from April, focusing on high-quality short runs and personalized mailings. The Prinect integration, especially featuring Prinect Touch Free for fully automated production, was pivotal to their investment choice.

Additionally, Schmid-Fehr AG in Switzerland will soon incorporate a Jetfire 50, further emphasizing HEIDELBERG's commitment to digitalization and automation in print production. As demand in the digital printing market grows, HEIDELBERG's hybrid approach aims to provide a competitive edge.
