HelloFresh Adjusts 2026 Financial Outlook Amid Revenue Shortfall

Berlin, September 24, 2026 – HelloFresh SE has announced a revision of its financial outlook for the year 2026. The company expects third-quarter revenue to fall below market predictions, with a decline between 11% and 12% year-on-year in constant currency. This is greater than the anticipated decline of 6.8%, as per recent broker estimates. The lower-than-expected customer acquisition during the crucial back-to-school period is cited as a key factor.

The company's adjusted EBITDA for Q3 2026 is projected at EUR 45-55 million, below the analyst consensus of EUR 57.2 million. Consequently, the full-year revenue expectation is now a decline of 9% to 11%, compared to the earlier forecast of a 6.9% decline. The AEBITDA is adjusted to EUR 350-370 million, previously pegged between EUR 375 million and EUR 425 million.
