HelloFresh SE Revises 2025 Profitability and Revenue Outlook

HelloFresh SE has announced adjustments to its profitability outlook for 2025 due to recent exchange rate shifts. The company now forecasts an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 415-465 million, down from the previous EUR 450-500 million estimate. The adjusted EBIT, excluding impairments, is also revised to EUR 175-225 million, from the earlier EUR 200-250 million range. These changes reflect a weaker USD against the EUR and similar trends with other relevant currencies, notably the Canadian and Australian Dollars.

While HelloFresh maintains the profitability margins, they have narrowed their revenue growth forecast. Originally predicting a constant currency revenue decline of 3-8%, this is now adjusted to a 6-8% decrease. Slow growth in the ready-to-eat product segment and anticipated improvements from the 'ReFresh' program are factors in this revision.
