Helvetia prepares management succession for 2026
Helvetia Holding AG has announced a restructuring of its distribution organization with a planned succession for 2026. Simon Weiner, currently Head of Distribution for the Central region, will become Head of the Swiss distribution network as of January 1, 2025. He will replace Ralph Jeitziner, who will retire in 2026, as Head of Distribution and member of the Executive Board.
Simon Weiner, 45, has extensive experience in the Swiss insurance sector. He led the partial integration of MoneyPark into Helvetia's distribution strategy. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of the company make him the ideal candidate for the position.
In the meantime, Helvetia is aiming for optimal interaction of its distribution channels in order to maximize access to its customers. Martin Jara, CEO of Helvetia Insurance Switzerland, welcomes this decision and emphasizes the importance of a smooth transition.
