Hendric Groth quitte le conseil d'administration de Nakiki SE d'un commun accord
Le 15 juillet 2024, Hendric Groth quittera le directoire de Nakiki SE. Cette décision intervient d'un commun accord entre le Conseil de Surveillance et la société.
M. Groth a assuré l'intérim pendant la phase de réalignement de Nakiki, qui devrait s'achever avec l'arrivée du nouveau PDG, Andreas Wegerich. L'entreprise a annoncé cette transition stratégique le 21 mars.
La société et le Conseil de Surveillance expriment leur gratitude à M. Groth pour ses contributions significatives. Ils lui souhaitent du succès dans ses projets futurs.
