HERIGE INDUSTRIES: Turnover for the first half of 2024 of EUR 215.6 million
HERIGE Industries announced a turnover of €215.6 million for the first half of 2024, down 13.5% compared to the same period of 2023. This decline reflects a struggling construction market as well as a climate of political uncertainty in France. The industrial carpentry sector particularly suffered, with a drop of 15.8% in the second quarter of 2024.
The Concrete industry showed better resilience with a limited decline of 7.5% in the second quarter, mainly due to a contraction in volumes.
Despite these challenges, HERIGE Industries continues to focus on preserving its economic fundamentals and transforming its industrial model to be more innovative, profitable and sustainable. The outlook for the rest of the year nevertheless remains not very encouraging for the sector.
The next publication of results for the first half of 2024 is scheduled for September 24, 2024.
