On November 15, 2024, Hermès International published information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of October 31, 2024. This publication complies with Articles L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
As of October 31, 2024, the number of shares stands at 105,569,412. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 179,438,517, while the voting rights exercisable at the general meeting are 178,704,139.
This monthly regularization allows investors to closely monitor changes in current and potential voting rights within the company.
