HEXAOM Reports 2024 Half-Year Revenue of EUR 418.4 Million

HEXAOM announced a revenue of EUR 418.4 million for the first half of 2024. This figure represents a decline of 24.2% compared to the same period in 2023. The reduction aligns with the company's forecasts due to a notable decrease in the real estate sector.

The Home Building segment saw a 23.2% drop in revenue to EUR 362.7 million. Renovation revenue fell 10.0% to EUR 25.3 million. Intermediated business, through franchise networks Illico Travaux and Camif Habitat, rose by 54.2% to EUR 6.4 million. General Contractor revenue declined 21.1% to EUR 18.9 million. Real Estate Development and Land Development also saw significant drops, by 33.2% and 60.6% respectively.

The company noted that the recent improvement in the Home Building order intake in July, up 10% from July 2023, is a positive sign. However, they remain cautious and continue to adjust costs to match current market conditions. The group's focus on the renovation market presents an avenue for steady revenue. HEXAOM expects to maintain an operating profitability of 3% to 4% for 2024.
