HEXAOM: Revenue for the first half of 2024 down 24.2%
The HEXAOM Group recorded a turnover of €418.4 million in the first half of 2024, marking a decrease of 24.2% compared to 2023. The House Construction activity reported €362.7 million, down by 23.2%.
Renovation shows a turnover of €25.3 million, a decrease of 10%. The intermediate part, based on the Illico Travaux and Camif Habitat networks, experienced growth of 54.2% to €6.4 million. However, the General Contracting activity showed a drop of 21.1%, reaching €18.9 million.
In Real Estate Development, turnover fell by 33.2% to €24.3 million. Land Development also decreased, recording €6.1 million.
Despite these declines, HEXAOM maintains its profitability forecasts, with a rate expected between 3% and 4% for the year. The company plans to adjust to these market conditions while exploring strategic opportunities.
