HEXAOM: Turnover down but outlook maintained for 2024
HEXAOM announces a turnover of 563.1 million euros for the first nine months of 2024, a decrease of 25.5% compared to 2023. This decline is part of a trend anticipated by the group and reflects a general slowdown in activities, particularly in house construction. The renovation activity shows a slight decline, but remains dynamic with a notable progression in the intermediated sector.
Among the divisions, home construction recorded a turnover of 475.5 million euros, down 26.5%. Renovation, although affected, shows growth in the intermediated segment with a 57.4% increase in commissions. Real estate development, meanwhile, shows signs of recovery with a sequential increase of 73% in the third quarter.
Looking ahead, HEXAOM continues to adapt to the challenging market, forecasting stable operating profitability for 2024. Actions to strengthen its position, including the development of the renovation offering and strategic acquisitions, continue.
