HEXAOM's Revenue Decline: A Look at 2024 Performance
HEXAOM reported a 25.5% decrease in revenue for the first nine months of 2024, totaling EUR 563.1 million. Home Building, the largest segment, saw a 26.5% decline in revenue to EUR 475.5 million. Despite challenging market conditions, the Renovation sector performed better, with a revenue decrease of only 11.3%, reaching EUR 36.1 million.
The Intermediated business, deriving from franchise networks, increased its revenue by 57.4% to EUR 9.6 million, showcasing positive growth amid downturns in other areas. The Real Estate Development business saw a minor decline of 5.9% in revenue yet recorded a significant sequential increase from Q2 to Q3 of 73%.
HEXAOM anticipates a continued moderate decline through 2025 but remains focused on maintaining operating profitability around 3%. With strategic acquisitions and expansions, the group aims to bolster its position in the housing sector pending market recovery.
