HighCo: Shareholding and Voting Rights Update

HighCo has released an update on its shareholding structure as of November 30, 2024. The total number of shares remains consistent at 20,455,403. However, the number of shares without voting rights increased slightly from 818,994 in October to 820,194 in November. This primarily consists of treasury shares.

The theoretical voting rights stood at 22,282,341, while the number of actual voting rights, which are exercisable at shareholders' meetings, is recorded at 21,462,147 for November 2024. This marks a minor decrease compared to the previous month.

HighCo, listed on Euronext Paris, continues to support brands and retailers in retail transformation. It has nearly 500 employees and holds a Gold CSR rating from EcoVadis, positioning it in the top 5% of companies for responsible business practices.
