HighCo: Transactions on own shares from June 10 to 14, 2024

Paris, June 17, 2024 – HighCo, a company specializing in marketing and communications, announced the details of its own share transactions carried out between June 10 and 14, 2024.

During this period, HighCo repurchased a total of 11,000 shares on the XPAR market. The daily trading volume was 2,000 shares each day, except on June 14 when 3,000 shares were repurchased. The weighted average acquisition prices were between €2.72 and €2.98 per share.

All transactions were carried out to cover the free allocation of shares to employees and corporate officers. These operations are consistent with the company's capital and human resources management objectives.
