Hightekers Acquires Serviap Global to Enhance EOR Capabilities

Hightekers, a global leader in Employer of Record solutions, has acquired Serviap Global, a prominent EOR service provider based in Latin America. This acquisition is a significant step in Hightekers' global expansion strategy, enlarging its operational network to 40 countries, and accessing an additional 100+ through certified partners.

The integration of Serviap follows Hightekers' earlier acquisition of Eos Global Expansion and bolsters its presence in LATAM. The acquisition aims to meet rising demand for flexible global hiring and employment, providing localized expertise across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Latin America.

Hightekers plans to unify its brand and technology platform by 2026, standardizing services like EOR, contractor management, and payroll globally, thus enhancing service delivery and client experience.
