HiPay Group: Results for the Year 2024

HiPay Group, a major fintech player in omnichannel payment solutions, announces revenue growth of 13.4% in 2024, reaching €74.2 million. Payment volume processed amounted to €9,152.4 million, up 4.4% year-on-year. The company generated EBITDA of €10.8 million, representing 14.5% of revenue, and recurring operating income of €6.2 million, representing 8.4% of revenue.

HiPay's financial position has stabilized, with cash increased to €12.1 million and total financial debt of €31.4 million. The company has taken out new loans of €9 million to support its growth.

International markets, particularly Portugal, Italy, and Germany, contributed significantly to the 20% revenue growth outside France. HiPay forecasts moderate growth of 5 to 10% for 2025, leveraging the ubiquity of unified commerce and innovative payment solutions.
