HiPay Group has announced changes in its shareholding structure following a recent capital increase completed on January 31, 2025. The two main shareholders, BJ Invest and Eximium, together hold over 30% of the company's shares. This development was disclosed on February 7, 2025, and marks a significant stake in HiPay's ownership.

BJ Invest SAS now holds 2,036,240 shares, equivalent to 32.25% of total shares, along with 2,540,296 voting rights. In parallel, Eximium SAS possesses 1,990,761 shares, representing 31.53% ownership with an equal number of voting rights. Both stakeholders have a significant influence in HiPay Group's governance following the capital increase.
