H&K AG has acquired Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH, located in Oberndorf am Neckar. The purchase includes several properties associated with the company. This transaction was completed with the previous shareholders, the Stark and Müller-Stark family, for a high single-digit million euro amount.

This acquisition aligns with H&K AG's expansion strategy, enhancing its chrome plating expertise for weapon-pipes. It also opens avenues for diversification into civil and sustainable sectors. The chrome plating capabilities can benefit the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, and aviation industries by extending product life.
