Hlpy Partners with Volkswagen Group France for Roadside Assistance

Hlpy has been selected by Volkswagen Group France to digitize and deliver its roadside assistance services. The partnership will serve the French market, which is notable for its high user base and new vehicle registrations. This collaboration demonstrates Volkswagen's commitment to enhancing customer service through digital solutions.

The operational test phase began in October, with a full rollout expected in November. Hlpy plans to manage over 500,000 services in Europe by 2026, solidifying its presence in the French market. This move is anticipated to generate over 30 million euros in sales and position Hlpy in the new mobility ecosystem.

Through its AI-driven platform, Hlpy offers rapid roadside assistance and other vehicle services, streamlining the customer experience for users and industry partners. Volkswagen’s choice reflects a strategic shift towards digitalization in automotive after-sales.
