Centiel SA Secures UL Certification and USD 51 Million U.S. Order

Centiel SA, a Swiss provider of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment, has achieved UL certification for its systems, essential for entering the U.S. market. The company has also received a significant USD 51 million order from Neo Critical Power LLC, part of an existing framework agreement. Production and delivery are scheduled for 2027.

With the certification complete, Centiel is ramping up production, including a thorough assessment and testing phase. This moves the initial USD 8.7 million order to 2027. Consequently, Centiel revises its 2026 revenue expectations to CHF 55 million, adjusting its EBIT margin forecast due to ramp-up costs.

These developments outline Centiel's strategic focus on U.S. market entry, leveraging a robust order backlog of USD 59.7 million by 2027. The company continues to target around 20% organic growth in its core markets for 2026.
