Holcim Announces Leadership Appointments

Holcim has announced new leadership appointments effective immediately. Jaime Hill, former Country CEO of Mexico, is now Region Head North America. Hill brings over 30 years of international leadership experience, making Mexico a major contributor to Holcim's EBIT.

Carmen Diaz, formerly Country CEO of Spain, becomes Chief People Officer. Diaz led a successful business turnaround in Spain, enhancing Holcim’s reputation as a top employer. She has been with Holcim since 2002 in various roles across Europe.

Lukas Studer, previously General Counsel Corporate and M&A, is promoted to Group General Counsel starting 1 November 2024. Studer has been pivotal in Holcim’s M&A strategy, closing over 100 transactions in the past five years.

Holcim CEO Miljan Gutovic expressed confidence in the new appointees, thanking the outgoing leaders for their contributions.
