Honda East Toledo Acquisition by Adventure Lifestyle Marks Growth in U.S. Powersports Sector

Honda East Toledo, a prominent Powersports dealership, has been acquired by Adventure Lifestyle, a subsidiary of The TRNT Group. This acquisition marks the fourth dealership purchase managed by Powersports Listings M&A (PLMA) for Adventure Lifestyle in the past 18 months, indicating significant expansion within the U.S. Powersports sector.

The dealership, located in Toledo, Ohio, ranks among the largest in the U.S. by sales volume, featuring over 15 major brands including Honda and Yamaha. It operates from a substantial 35,000 square foot facility. Former owners, Randy and Sheryl Fork, decided to retire and enlisted PLMA to facilitate the sale, focusing on finding a capable strategic buyer due to the dealership's significant scale.

The transition of ownership to Adventure Lifestyle, which is actively increasing its footprint in major business sectors such as Powersports Retail, was overseen by PLMA's team, including Jerry Szopinski, President of Sales & Networking, who played a crucial role in securing the deal. This strategic acquisition aligns with Adventure Lifestyle's goal to broaden its influence across various sectors.
