Global Youth Powerhouse Summit 2026: A Major Success in Hong Kong
The Global Youth Powerhouse Summit 2026 concluded in Hong Kong, drawing over 600 young professionals, government leaders, and corporate representatives. Organized by Hong Kong Youth Professional Global Advocacy, the event coincided with Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan and focused on new economy opportunities in AI, education, and capital markets.
This third edition attracted participants from more than 60 countries. Keynote speeches were delivered by prominent figures, including the Chief Executive and the Deputy Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong, emphasizing opportunities for young professionals.
The event featured panel discussions on artificial intelligence, geopolitical dynamics, Hong Kong's education hub ambitions, capital markets, and life and health technology. Notable speakers included executives from Huawei, Alibaba, and Hong Kong Exchanges.
The Summit also facilitated start-up pitching sessions with venture funds managing US$10 billion, highlighting Hong Kong as a thriving start-up ecosystem.
