HOPSCOTCH Group: Half-year results 2025
In 2025, HOPSCOTCH recorded revenue of €118.5 million in the first half of 2025, marking an 8.3% decrease compared to 2024. Gross margin fell by 6.8% to €45.9 million. This decline stems from an unfavorable economic environment and a difficult comparison with 2024, boosted by the Paris 2024 celebrations. Despite the 20.8% decline in events activity, HOPSCOTCH managed to maintain its growth thanks to its Hopscotch Season and Hopscotch Tourism divisions, up 8.2% and 14.3% respectively.
Financially, although operating profit decreased to €1,694,000 from €2,548,000 a year earlier, the company managed to contain its expenses. Personnel costs decreased by 3.3%, and operating expenses were reduced by 13.7%. Net profit reached €223,000, down from €953,000 in 2024.
HOPSCOTCH continues to strengthen its financial position by repaying €2.7 million in State-Guaranteed Loans (PGE) and €1.5 million in bank debt. With a positive net cash position of €1.5 million, the group is preparing for its future despite the challenging economic climate. With a gross margin target of €200 million by 2030, the group remains committed to continued growth.
