Hopscotch Primary Care Appoints Tim Gronniger as New CEO
Hopscotch Primary Care, a leader in technology-driven primary care for rural communities, has announced the appointment of Tim Gronniger as CEO. Gronniger previously served as Chief of Value-Based Care at Signify Health, a CVS Health subsidiary, and was the CEO of Caravan Health. During his leadership, both entities significantly advanced value-based care for primary clinics, supporting over 300 health systems.
Gronniger's extensive experience includes roles at the White House and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. His knowledge is expected to boost Hopscotch's mission to provide superior care to seniors on Medicare, especially following the company's recent $50 million Series C financing.
Hopscotch is dedicated to enhancing healthcare in rural areas, addressing unique challenges such as limited physician availability and high chronic disease rates. With Gronniger at the helm, the company aims to expand its high-quality, patient-focused services nationwide.
