Topping brings over 13 years of expertise in scaling technology and manufacturing firms. At Hoverfly, he fortified an American-focused supply chain, achieving Green List Certification, and negotiated strategic partnerships in manufacturing.

Topping's management of the Missouri facility was crucial for testing the Sentry drone system. His past role as VP of Operations showcased his leadership. His accounting background from Maryville University enhances his operational and financial acumen.
