Hudson to Open Six New Retail Stores at Pittsburgh International Airport
As part of Pittsburgh International Airport's (PIT) USD 1.57 billion Terminal Modernization Program, Hudson will expand its presence with six new retail stores. The new stores, covering 8,000 ft² of retail space, will blend travel essentials with the spirit of Pittsburgh.
Hudson, a subsidiary of Avolta AG, has secured a seven-year contract with the Allegheny County Airport Authority. The new retail offerings will include travel convenience stores, a global cosmetics brand M·A·C, and shops themed around Pittsburgh's sports culture and local artisans.
Hudson currently operates several stores at PIT, such as Hudson Booksellers and Pittsburgh Duty Free. The new stores will aim to enhance the travel experience by providing a mix of essentials and unique local products.
