Hunyvers completes the acquisition of the Arcachon Basin Shipyards group
Hunyvers has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Les chantiers navals du bassin d'Arcachon group. This group, employing 30 people in three entities in Biscarosse, Andernos-les-Bains and Arcachon, will be integrated into Hunyvers' accounts from September 1, 2024.
This acquisition allows Hunyvers to strengthen its presence in the Arcachon basin with now seven concessions. It is part of an expansion strategy in the boating sector, aiming to achieve a consolidated turnover of 150 million euros by August 31, 2025.
The Les chantiers navals du bassin d'Arcachon group generated a turnover of 10 million euros for the financial year ending August 2024. This acquisition is the fifth in the sector for Hunyvers, after the acquisitions of Groupe Nautic, Marine Plaisance, LBC Nautic and Pneumarine Services.
