Hydrogen Refueling Solutions: Monthly update of voting rights

Hydrogen Refueling Solutions (HRS), listed on Euronext Growth under the ticker symbol ALHRS, has published its monthly data in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and Article L.223-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of November 30, 2025, HRS's share capital comprised 15,470,651 shares, representing a total of 25,768,649 theoretical voting rights. Of these, 25,681,046 voting rights are exercisable, a difference due to shares without voting rights.

HRS's headquarters are located in Champagnier, near Grenoble. Specializing in hydrogen refueling stations, HRS continues to position itself as a world leader with an annual assembly capacity of 180 stations.
