Icade Announces Details for Upcoming General Meeting
Icade has announced the availability of pertinent documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 13, 2025. Shareholders can attend in person at Immeuble Cœur Défense in Paris or vote in advance through various methods. The Votaccess platform will facilitate online voting from April 25, 2025, until May 12, 2025.
The notice of meeting, including its agenda and approved resolutions, was published in the French Journal of Mandatory Legal Notices and is accessible on Icade's website. Additional participant information will be published on April 25, 2025. All relevant documents comply with French commercial regulations and are available online.
Additionally, Icade's financial calendar notes a final dividend payment on July 3, 2025, and upcoming financial result disclosures in July and October 2025.
