ICADE Reduces the Means of Its Liquidity Contract
On October 24, 2024, ICADE signed an amendment with Rothschild Martin Maurel, modifying its liquidity contract initially dated January 2, 2019. This concerns ICADE's ordinary shares listed on Euronext Paris. This modification is part of AMF decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021.
In accordance with this decision, ICADE has reduced the resources allocated to its liquidity contract by 2,500,000 euros. Thus, as of October 24, 2024, the account lists 35,000 ICADE shares and 10,742,565.54 euros. As a reminder, as of June 30, 2024, the account contained 47,000 shares and 13,022,416 euros.
