ICADE Reports Comprehensive Approval of Resolutions at 2024 General Meeting

Icade's recent General Meeting on April 19, 2024, concluded with the decisive approval of all proposed resolutions. Held at Immeuble Open in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the meeting attracted a robust quorum of over 84% for both ordinary and extraordinary resolutions. Chaired by Frédéric Thomas, the meeting saw significant decisions including the endorsement of the financial results for 2023 and a confirmed gross cash dividend of €4.84 per share.

During the meeting, scrutinized by representatives from Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Crédit Agricole Assurances, shareholders ratified the appointments of several board members and approved new regulated related party agreements. Additionally, the executive remuneration policies and the report on climate transition and biodiversity preservation received affirmative votes. Post-meeting, the Board appointed and realigned several directorial roles, ensuring compliance and progressive governance.
