ID Logistics Reports Strong H1 2024 Performance

ID Logistics (ISIN: FR0010929125, Mnemo: IDL), a leader in European contract logistics, has announced its results for the first half of 2024. The company's revenues rose by 18.7% to €1,518.6 million, and its underlying operating income increased by 22.4% to €58.3 million. The pre-IFRS 16 debt leverage remained stable at 1.7x EBITDA.

The Group experienced solid growth internationally, with notable performances in the United States (+34.8% like-for-like) and Latin America and Asia (+20.8% like-for-like). European markets, excluding France, showed a 16.8% increase on a like-for-like basis. In France, the business was stable in Q1 but grew in Q2 with new project start-ups.

The Group's underlying EBITDA rose by 22.4% to €234.6 million, improving the EBITDA margin by 40 basis points to 15.4%. Cash flow from operating activities, post-capital expenditure, reached €129.1 million. The Group launched 14 new projects during this period.

Looking ahead, ID Logistics is focused on enhancing the productivity of newly launched sites and preparing for upcoming start-ups. Projects include a new site in Salt Lake City, USA, for an e-commerce giant, and another in the UK for a global fashion leader.
