Secure Blockchain Sells Delivery Trust(R) Business
Secure Blockchain Development Corp. announced the successful sale of its Delivery Trust® platform, operated by subsidiary Identillect Technologies, to Caryco Tech, Inc., for US$441,507. An additional US$87,913 could be paid based on future revenue metrics. Transworld Business Advisors received a commission of CDN$63,089 for their role in the transaction.
The company is now concentrating on enterprise AI development through its Agentic subsidiary. This follows the recent signing of Agentic’s inaugural commercial customer agreement, focused on creating secure, customer-controlled AI environments. CEO Steven Bryson-Haynes emphasized this strategic shift.
Robert Chisholm, the CEO of Secure Blockchain, expressed gratitude to Tyler Le of Transworld and Joseph Cary of Caryco for their commitment to completing the sale.
