IDI Share and Voting Rights Statement as of October 31, 2024

IDI published on December 2, 2024 a statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights in its share capital as of October 31, 2024. According to this statement, IDI's share capital comprises 7,188,633 shares. The total number of gross voting rights amounts to 12,591,880, while the total number of net voting rights is slightly lower, at 12,536,448.

It should be noted that the calculation of net voting rights takes into account shares deprived of voting rights. This publication complies with regulatory obligations, in particular Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and the provisions of the AMF General Regulations.
