IFabric Corp Achieves Record Revenue in Q1 2025

iFabric Corp, known for its innovative textile technologies, reported record first-quarter revenues for 2025, totaling $7,080,440. This marks a 5% increase from Q1 2024's $6,754,624. The growth primarily stems from increased sales in the Intelligent Fabrics Division, which saw a 25% revenue jump to $5,824,451. In contrast, the Intimate Apparel Division experienced a 40% decline in revenues.

Despite higher regulatory expenses related to a leaching study for Protx2, the company is optimistic about future gains. However, gross profit margins fell by 5% to 39%, and net earnings after tax decreased significantly to $88,458, attributable to increased operational costs and lower gross margins.

iFabric faces a 10% increased tariff on Chinese imports, impacting short-term costs. Nevertheless, U.S. sales comprised only 23% of total revenue, lessening its immediate effect. The company anticipates utilising an expanded operating line of $12 million to boost growth in the latter half of 2025.
