Imerys Updates 3 Billion Euros EMTN Programme
Imerys has announced the finalization of the update of its 3 billion euros EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) programme. The base prospectus has been filed with and approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg as of July 10, 2024.
The updated documentation is available on the company’s website under the financial documentation section, at the company's registered office, through the paying agent identified in the prospectus, and on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange website.
