ONE EXPERIENCE launches a capital increase of 2 million euros

ONE EXPERIENCE, a major player in hybrid hospitality in Europe, is preparing a capital increase of around €2 million, scheduled for the end of July. This operation will include the maintenance of the Preferential Subscription Right, with a share price set at €1.77, based on the average closing price of the last 20 trading days. The initiative aims to support the company's transformation into a Bitcoin Treasury Company.

At the same time, ONE EXPERIENCE plans to issue free stock warrants to its shareholders, strengthening their stake. These actions are part of a long-term development strategy, combining anchoring in the real economy with exposure to digital assets.

The group is planning other financial projects to further assert its strategic vision. Investor support fuels this ambition, according to Edouard Masseau, the company's president.
