IMMOFINANZ: Executive Board Appointment of Pavel Měchura Extended

IMMOFINANZ has announced the extension of Pavel Měchura's appointment to the Executive Board until 30 April 2027. The decision was made by the Supervisory Board on 28 August 2024, ensuring continuity within the Executive Board, which also includes Radka Doehring.

Pavel Měchura, who joined the Executive Board on 16 June 2023, has significant expertise in the financial and real estate sectors. Chairwoman Miroslava Greštiaková praised Měchura, highlighting his and Doehring's roles in the successful development of the IMMOFINANZ Group. The early extension aims to maintain this development trajectory.

IMMOFINANZ, a commercial real estate group, operates in office and retail segments across eight European markets. The company manages a property portfolio valued at approximately EUR 8.2 billion and is listed on the Vienna and Warsaw stock exchanges.
