IMMOFINANZ Sells Office Properties in Warsaw

IMMOFINANZ is taking a further step in its strategic portfolio optimisation by selling an office property complex in Warsaw to a Polish real estate investor. The sale involves three office buildings located in Warsaw’s Mokotów Business District, offering around 43,000 sqm of usable space. The transaction has been completed with the Polish ECHO Investment Group for EUR 28.5 million.

This sale aligns with IMMOFINANZ’s strategy and was carried out at approximately carrying amount. Radka Doehring, a member of the IMMOFINANZ Executive Board, stated that the company will reinvest the funds in expanding its innovative office and retail solutions.
