Implenia wins major contracts in Germany

Swiss construction giant Implenia AG has announced new contracts in Germany totaling more than €200 million. These projects span a variety of sectors, including new construction and modernization in Munich, the construction of office buildings in Brandenburg, and residential and educational projects in Frankfurt and the Ruhr area. This diversification strategy is fully in line with Implenia's goal of establishing itself in the market for complex projects requiring in-depth expertise.

Among the projects, the HEAVEN office district in Munich is a highlight, combining new construction and modernization. Aiming for LEED certification, this project will begin in 2025, with completion scheduled for 2027. Other developments include a large school in the Ruhr area and residential projects in Mainz and Magdeburg, strengthening Implenia's position in the German market.
