Implenia AG Reports Success in 2024 with Increased Profitability and Strategic Advancements

Implenia AG announced strong financial results for 2024, achieving an EBIT of CHF 130.5 million and enhancing its EBIT margin to 3.7%. The company's order book remains robust, reinforcing its position as an industry leader in sustainability. Implenia's equity ratio improved to 21.2%, signaling heightened financial stability, supported by an adjusted free cash flow of CHF 58.2 million, excluding specific transactions.

The company continued to execute its strategy effectively, with all divisions reporting success. The Real Estate Division managed an EBIT of CHF 37.2 million. Meanwhile, Divisions Buildings and Civil Engineering reported increases in EBIT, highlighting the company's competitive strengths.
