Implenia AG wins major new construction contracts

Implenia AG announced that it had won several significant mandates in Switzerland, Germany and Sweden, thus consolidating its strategy focused on large-scale, complex projects, with particular attention to sustainability. The contracts, amounting to more than CHF 240 million, cover a wide range of constructions, including, among others, two data centers in Dielsdorf and a residential complex in the canton of Zurich.

The “Midstad Karlsruhe” project, providing for an eco-friendly commercial building, is another example of Implenia's commitment to sustainability, aiming for DGNB Platinum and DGNB dismantling certifications. In Sweden, Implenia will contribute to the new Norrbotnia railway line with the construction of the Ersmark tunnel, promising to improve mobility and regional economic dynamism.

The significant volume of these projects demonstrates Implenia's ability to respond to complex and varied demands, strengthening its position as a leader in the building and civil engineering sectors, while highlighting its contribution to the sustainable economy.
