Improvement in the financial results of GEVELOT SA in 2023

On April 23, 2024, GEVELOT SA published its financial results for the 2023 financial year, showing a clear improvement. Turnover increased by 11.7% to €151.2 million, largely due to the development of North American currencies. Current operating profit amounted to 14.7 million euros compared to 12.1 million in 2022, and operating profit to 12.8 million, an increase of 0.9 million compared to the previous year.

Concerning the group's Holding, although the real estate activity remains loss-making, the turnover generated by rents and services increased slightly to reach 1 million euros. However, the exceptional result linked mainly to the depreciation of a real estate asset had a negative impact. The consolidated net profit amounted to 13.7 million euros, compared to 8.5 million in 2022.

GEVELOT remains confident in its ability to continue its commercial and industrial development, despite an uncertain economic context. A dividend of €5.00 per share will be proposed at the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders on June 6, 2024.
