Increased ownership of HiPay's reference shareholders

Levallois-Perret, February 7, 2025 – HiPay has announced an update to its shareholder structure. Following a capital increase completed on January 31, 2025, the two main shareholders, BJ Invest SAS and Eximium SAS, have seen their holdings in the company’s shares exceed 30%. BJ Invest now holds 2,036,240 shares, representing 32.25% of the voting rights, while Eximium holds 1,990,761 shares, representing 31.53% of the voting rights.
