INDUS Holding AG Targets EUR 500 Million in Acquisitions by 2030

INDUS Holding AG has announced its strategic plan to invest around EUR 500 million in acquisitions by 2030. This investment is part of their EMPOWERING MITTELSTAND growth strategy, which focuses on international expansion, acquisitions, and technology as primary growth drivers.
The group's ambition is to achieve sales of approximately EUR 3 billion and an adjusted EBITA of over EUR 330 million by 2030. For 2025, INDUS forecasts sales between EUR 1.75 and 1.85 billion, with an adjusted EBITA of EUR 150 to 175 million. The company has proposed a dividend of EUR 1.20 per share.
INDUS aims to enhance its portfolio through global acquisitions, with a particular focus on expansion in North America. Despite economic challenges in 2024, it achieved sales of EUR 1.72 billion and adjusted EBITA of EUR 153.7 million.
The company plans to maintain its growth without requiring capital increases, thanks to its strong financial standing. INDUS continues to support shareholder returns with a proposed dividend yield of 5.9%.
