Industry Veterans Launch bILTup, a New Vision in Tech Learning

On April 3, 2024, bILTup announced its launch, bringing a new approach to tech learning with a company formed by four distinguished executives with more than 70 years of collective experience. The Denver-based organization, founded by Kelby Zorgdrager, Cole Frock, Jeret Jenkins, and Bob Clary, aims to redefine the relationship between self-paced and instructor-led learning in the tech field.

The founders, previously affiliated with top tech learning companies like Pluralsight, SkillSoft, and Axcel Learning, have introduced bILTup to offer varied learning solutions. These include bILTadvisory, simplybILT, custombILT, bILTu, and bILT+, designed to cater to diverse learning needs and drive transformational change in technology organizations.

bILTup's unique selling point is its heavily vetted, industry-proven instructor bench, boasting 155 instructors capable of delivering up to 310 instructor-led training days monthly. The company focuses on crucial technology areas such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity, among others. CEO Kelby Zorgdrager highlighted the inception of bILTup as a response to the tech industry's demand for custom, blended learning solutions that prompt substantial company growth and adapt to the AI-driven technological landscape.
