Infield Minerals Announces Agreement to Acquire Interests in the Kings Canyon Gold Property

Infield Minerals Corp. (TSX-V:INFD) has announced a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of 1468289 B.C. Ltd. (BC Co). The acquisition will grant Infield Minerals 100% interest in the Kings Canyon property in Utah. This deal awaits TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The Kings Canyon property, located in western Utah, contains disseminated Carlin-type gold mineralization. Historical estimates suggest it hosts over 200,000 ounces of gold. Significant drilling results from 2012 and 2013 reveal promising gold deposits, with up to 1.54 g/t gold over 30.5 meters.

The acquisition involves issuing 5,422,896 common shares of Infield to BC Co owners, Mario Stifano and Ewan Downie, at a price of $0.015 per share. There are additional staged payments and royalty conditions included in the agreement.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including acceptance by the TSXV. There can be no assurance that the acquisition will be completed as proposed or at all.
