Infield Minerals Updates Trading Symbol to 'IN' on TSX-V

Infield Minerals Corp. has announced a change in its trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange from 'INFD' to 'IN'. This change, effective from the market opening on October 24, 2025, aims to enhance brand alignment. Current shareholders need not take any action, as existing share certificates remain valid. The company's capitalization and CUSIP/ISIN numbers remain unchanged.

Additionally, Infield amended its Kings Canyon option agreement to adjust payments. Initially set at $300,000 each for the 18 and 30-month anniversaries, the new schedule proposes $200,000 on the 24, 36, and 48-month anniversaries. This amendment aligns with Infield's exploration strategy and reduces immediate financial obligations.
