Rivage Groupe takes control of Infoclip
Rivage Groupe, through its subsidiary Rivage Opco, acquired a majority stake representing 93.94% of Infoclip's share capital on April 27, 2026. This transaction includes a partial reinvestment by founders Laurent Azoulay and Eric Melki in the new company.
The shares were redistributed among three new companies: Rivage Partners, Rivage Performance, and Rivage Income, each receiving a distinct share class for the selling managers. This transaction was financed exclusively by Rivage Groupe's own funds, and the company is considering a public tender offer following the acquisition of this crucial block of shares.
The leaders of the new group will include Adrien Bonnet and Edouard Rousseau, who will assume the roles of president and CEO of Infoclip respectively, following changes within the board of directors.
